Capabilities

Six product families. One engineering team.

Mechanical, electrical, firmware, optics and industrial design engineers manage every build hands-on with our network of Shenzhen machining, PCB and assembly partners. One team owns the project end to end; that is what keeps the loop short.

AI & AR Glasses

Waveguide and micro-display integration, sub-50 g frames, thermal paths for on-device inference, battery placement and hinge mechanics.

  • Optics alignment
  • Nylon & Ti frames
  • Thermal sim
  • Camera + IMU

Robotics

Humanoid and service platforms: actuator modules, harmonic and planetary joints, structural shells, sensor fusion and safety stops.

  • Joint modules
  • Carbon & Al structures
  • ROS 2 bring-up
  • Load testing

Cameras

Module selection, lens and sensor pairing, MIPI-CSI bring-up, ISP tuning and sealed housings for outdoor and industrial use.

  • Sony & OV sensors
  • IP67 housings
  • ISP tuning
  • Thermal & LWIR

Sensors

Custom sensor nodes and payloads: LiDAR, radar, environmental and inertial. Calibration rigs and data pipelines included.

  • LiDAR payloads
  • Calibration jigs
  • Low-power BLE / LoRa
  • Enclosures

Custom Electronics

Schematic, multilayer PCB layout, SMT assembly through vetted partner lines, embedded firmware and EMC pre-scans. Boards back in days, not weeks.

  • 4–12 layer PCBs
  • Partner SMT lines
  • STM32 / ESP32 / Jetson
  • EMC pre-scan

Motors & Actuators

Brushless and axial-flux motor prototypes, winding, magnet assembly, ESC integration and dyno validation with torque and thermal curves.

  • Axial flux
  • Dyno testing
  • FOC drivers
  • Gearbox design

Process

Five stages, each with a thing you can hold.

Click through the stages. Every one ends with a physical or documented output, so you always know what you're paying for next.

    Why Shenzhen

The supply chain is a bike ride away.

Prototyping speed is mostly logistics. Being in Shenzhen collapses the wait between deciding and receiving.

    Same week

Connectors, passives, sensors and modules from Huaqiangbei, on the bench within the week.

    48 h

Quick-turn 4-layer PCBs from partner fabs, assembled at our partner SMT lines as soon as they land.

    < 30 km

CNC, sheet metal, casting, anodising, optics coating and injection mould shops within reach.

    1 team

We select, brief and supervise every vendor ourselves. The engineer who drew the part is the one who inspects and tests it.

    FAQ

Questions we get on the first call.

How do you protect our IP?
Every project starts with a mutual NDA. Projects run in segregated workspaces with access limited to the assigned team, files live on a per-client encrypted share, and all design files and tooling belong to you. We never show your work in our portfolio without written approval.
What do you need from us to start?
A description of what the product must do, any hard constraints (size, weight, battery life, target unit cost) and whatever you already have: sketches, CAD, schematics, reference products. A one-page brief is enough for us to return a scoped proposal.
Can you take it to mass production?
We run pilot batches up to a few hundred units with our assembly partners and hand over a complete production pack (drawings, BOM with approved vendors, test procedures, fixtures) to the contract manufacturer of your choice. We can also introduce vetted partners in Shenzhen and Dongguan.
How do you handle time zones and communication?
Each project has an English-speaking lead engineer, a shared channel, and a weekly video review with the physical parts on camera. Overlap hours are kept for North America, Europe and the Gulf.
Do you work with startups or only established companies?
Both. Roughly half of our projects are seed-to-Series-A hardware startups; the rest are R&D teams inside OEMs. Minimum engagement is a single scoped build.
